this took me about 2 hours or so to make, simple animation.
i would have done it this way = [link] maybe kinda like [link] 
Thanks for the tips about the animation, I'll take that into consideration next time I try to make something like this.
I did in fact make a version with sparkles, but I made changes to it that I was going to make anyway to the original file and the sparkles went bye bye.
I'll put sparkles into it hopefully soon.
