This is *donkirk's emote OC, Steedy, holding up a blue and white scarf as he requested. I wanted to put his name donkirk on the scarf, but I couldn't find a color that would be easily visible for that small of text, and making the top lighter or making one half blue and the other white just looked weird. So I went for second best and put it on top.
